Front of house Burgermaker (New Venue)

Burgermaker is Rabble Group’s newest venue – serving smashburgers, cold beers and good times from a custom-built shipping container in Hume. We’re on the hunt for a full-time cook or chef to help launch this one right.

  • You’ll be running the grill and pumping out burgers during busy lunch and dinner services. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a tight team, a small menu and a focus on doing things properly. Think simple food, done really well.

    • Solid kitchen experience in a similar fast-paced setting

    • A love of burgers, consistency and a clean, efficient setup

    • Ability to manage a small space and keep cool under pressure

    • Understanding of kitchen hygiene, stock rotation and prep

Assistant Manager ~ Assembly

Assembly is on the lookout for a seasoned professional to step into the role of Assistant Bar Manager.

Join our vibrant and dynamic team to provide top-notch, genuine customer service.

  • We are looking for a team player who exhibits a hands-on leadership approach. Someone engaging and customer service-focused who can add another dimension to our dynamic team.

    Your main focus will be supervising lunch and dinner service. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, and handling stock take and ordering.

    • Previous Hospitality experience is required.

    • Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.

    • This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability, and early morning shifts will be part of your schedule.
