Minimum spend
Instead of venue hire, some bookings carry a minimum spend across food and drinks: 2 hours $50pp, 3 hours $75pp, 4 hours $100pp. During peak period (1 November to 1 January) it applies to bookings of 3+ hours or 30+ guests, between 12pm and 3pm or 5pm till late. Plenty of bookings have none at all, confirmed in your proposal.
Good to know
Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is paid and we've confirmed in writing. Peak-period bookings with a minimum spend pay a 50% deposit. Final numbers, dietaries and the remaining balance are due 48 hours before. Outdoor bookings may be moved inside for weather. Full terms at rabblegroup.com.au.
