Owner & Director
Wes Heincke is the Owner and Director of Rabble Group, overseeing strategy and operations across a portfolio of high-volume hospitality venues. With a strong background in venue management and business development, Wes has been instrumental in shaping the group's growth since the opening of Assembly in 2019.
Steve Heincke
Head of Burleigh Operations & Performance
With more than 25 years in hospitality, Steve brings operational depth backed by disciplined analytics. He has lived and worked in Melbourne and across Europe, shaping his understanding of both large-scale venue systems and boutique, experience-led hospitality.
Tom Phelan
Creative Director
Tom Phelan combines creative vision with strategic insight as Creative Director for Rabble Group, shaping the visual identity and marketing direction for a portfolio of high-volume hospitality venues. He drives bold, consistent campaigns that not only capture attention but also strengthen Rabble's position at the heart of Canberra's hospitality scene.
Brendan Guy
Executive Chef
Brendan Guy is the Executive Chef of Rabble Group, overseeing culinary operations across all venues and driving the creative direction of their food programs. With decades of experience across the industry, Brendan has worked every station in the kitchen, from his early days in fast food to fine dining at Canberra's acclaimed Ottoman Cuisine and as sous chef at Pomegranate.
Yolande Styles
Operations Coordinator
Yolande “Yoli” Styles has worn many hats at Rabble Group, from managing Assembly to leading the team at Bada Bing Dining Club. Now in her role as Operations Coordinator, Yoli keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, supporting venues and the office team with her trademark energy and efficiency.
Claire McCutcheon
Social Media Coordinator
Claire McCutcheon is the Marketing Coordinator for Rabble Group, managing social content across all venues and bringing a fresh, creative energy to the team. A recent graduate, Claire is passionate about finding new ways to engage audiences and showcase each venue's unique personality. When she's not creating content, you'll find her at Corella with a whiskey sour in hand.
