At a glance
The packages
Hill Station Precinct is a big outdoor space just out of the city, with room for the whole crew to spread out. Your booking reserves an area within the precinct. Hill Station is a licensed venue, and all food and drinks are supplied by Burgermaker, the on-site kitchen, and bought on-site.

Two hours in The Lawn or The Yard, with the play area, the animals and room to run.

Find your spot
The Lawn 50 to 150 people
Tucked away behind Burgermaker. A large lawn with a veggie garden and a shaded kids' play area (sandpit, play truck, padded zone), 20+ seats, umbrellas and picnic blankets.
The Beer Garden 50 to 150 people
Out the front of Hill Station. Nine long picnic benches seating 6 to 8 each, umbrellas, a stage for live music and a 100-inch TV.
The Deck Up to 50 people
Between Burgermaker and the loading zone. Five stand-up tables with stools and umbrellas. Made for casual stand-up functions.
The Yard (NEW) 50 to 75 people · weekends only
Our new picnic area, with some coverage overhead and a feeding zone where anyone can feed the farm animals. Open weekends only.

Booking your function
How it works
Terms & conditions
Deposit. A 50% deposit secures your booking. It's confirmed once the deposit is paid and we've confirmed in writing.
Final numbers & pre-orders. Final guest numbers and food pre-orders are due 48 hours before your booking date.
Food & drinks. A licensed venue. All food and drinks are supplied by Burgermaker and bought on-site. No BYO, with one exception: a celebration cake.
Your space. Your booking reserves an area of the precinct, not the whole site. Exclusive use of a space needs a bar tab or minimum spend; full private hire is by negotiation.
Weather. Mostly outdoors. In wet weather we'll do our best to move you under cover or arrange marquee hire; if that's not possible, your deposit is refunded in full.
Cancellations. Within 7 days of your event the deposit is retained to cover costs. Earlier cancellations can transfer the deposit to a future date, subject to availability.
